The company Mirko Tartufi has been supplying fresh truffles, dressings and truffle-based sauces for almost 15 years to restaurants and professionals specialized in Ho.re.ca., in Italy and the rest of Europe.

We handcraft our products, by choosing exclusively top quality ingredients and avoiding colorants and preservatives. By these premises, we have been able to get through hundreds of chefs around the world, and conquer their palates.

Our love for fresh truffle along with the experience allowed us to establish close cooperation with restaurants, hotels and other activities in the food sector and Ho.re.ca.
